Hello everyone, I am new to this forum and to apistogramma.

This is what I'm working with. a 75 gallon planted tank populated with two 3inch discus ,a pair of a.panduro , a harem of a.trifasciata ,a harem of a.cacatuoides, a pair of a.baenschi and 5 rummy nose tetras. These are all small fish, some of the apistos are less than an inch. My question is, are there too many fish in my tank. I have many more tanks that I could set up as single species only. Any suggestions

i agree with mike. one species of apisto is probably all that should be kept in a tank that size along with the discus. i have a similar set up with a pair of discus and a group of cacs.
