Hi all.
Bought a pair of Panduro around about a month ago. Acquired another pair about 2 weeks ago as the pair i had were fighting and the male was becoming very shy. I placed both pairs into my community tank along with splash tetras, neons, and black neons. Bonds began to appear and the Male i had, paired up with the new female and the female i had paired up with the new male. About 4 or 5 days ago i moved the pair showing the best signs to a separate breeding tank. Tonight after arriving in from work I couldn't find the female in the community tank anywhere I looked. Once I fed bloodworm she appeared from one of the coconut shells. She will not leave the shell and the male is also being extremely protective with the female chasing away any fish that come near. In addition, around 20 minutes ago i noticed that the pair in the breeding tank could also not be seen. And to my amazement, both male and female came out of a coconut and i notice the female building up a sand like wall at the front of the entrance. So fingers crossed that i may have had 2 panduro spawns in one night.
