Appetite After Spawn

It's been roughly 24-hours since my female Apistogramma Cacatuoides laid approximately 50 eggs.

Wondering if its normal for her to ignore food?
I drop it near the front of her cave and she just picks it up and takes it further away from her cave.

I noticed her ovipositor is still protruding from her body and hoping it goes away soon.

She is more interested in defending the cave against the male when he gets too close to the cave.

Sounds pretty normal to me. She’ll be out eating and ushering the kids around before you know it.

I guess everyone is different.
I had others that ate right away, but this one got me worried.

They can go a couple of weeks without food; she is busy guarding her precious.

Couple of weeks is definetly long but does give me assurance on her current behavior.
