Apisto ID?

Hey Everyone,
First time posting here, I kept apistos several years ago but had to get out of the hobby due to a huge move.
I recently decided to setup a tank again and found this gem at a local pet store. Of course the employee had no idea what it was and there was no labeled (was actually sold to me as a red headed kribensis).
I am thinking it's a young male Macmasteri/Viejita but I am not an expert, can someone help me ID him/her?

The head profile looks odd for a mac and most macs show red upper/lower margins on the caudal. Do you know what it came in with?

Mike, the store said they came in from a Czech Republic import along with some cacatuoides.

For got about the red on the top and bottom, and the nose on mine is not as blunt as yours and yours only have the first two spines on the dorsal fin is blk. the first three on mine are blk., mine does not have the blk. line going from the eye to the upper lip, not that this really means much as I am not really any help when it comes to ID'ing apisto's.
