I really like your Ap.trifasciata pic....
That is often how you find them when looking into a tank.. A male on patrol... guarding his territory...
slowly moving(gliding??) toward another , not identified(?) fish(?) with his fins soon to be flashed..
It also shows the typical trifasciata-markings/patterns... Great focus on his back/head ..and also a little bit tilted(???/leaning on the side).
Exactly the way you usually see them in your own tank.. !!!! You caught him in the natural behaviour act I think..
