Have you tried talking to people in the GCCA (Greater Chicago Cichlid Assn)? They have sources and there at least 2 between Madison & Chicago. The GCCA should be having their annual convention next month.

The GCCA also has a swap meet on April 27th (http://www.gcca.net/docs-events/upcoming-events/tropical-fish-swap-4-27-14). I'll be there as a vendor (and at their annual convention over Memorial Day weekend Mike mentioned http://www.gcca.net/docs-events/upcoming-events/gcca-classic-2014-pizza-banquet). I have a number of Apistos for sale right now and have a BUNCH more coming in early next week as well. If I have something you want just let me know and I can bring it along to either event for you. I'll post a current list on my web site soon and the new fish will be listed next week once they are in.

Re-designing and starting a new fish room all over again. This time we'll have many more Apistsogramma species. We are expanding.

Hi,

just in case you happen to live in Germany (or Netherlands): I have a wildcaught female A. psammophila, you could have it for free. I have no use for it anymore.
