Got these 2 the other day but both look like males to me as they ate showing the same coloration.
The fish in the second photo is a little stressed due to his tankmate and myself trying to get a decent shot of him.

The photos really are not good enough (focus and exposure) to properly sex the fish. My Wangenflecken (thanks, Jeff) are easily sexed. The female shows a black margin on the ventral fins and the male shows a lot of red on the face. Oh, and they have fry swimming in the tank. That's a good indication that I have both sexes.
