Wild Eunotice Care

I have aquired a pair of wild eunotice. What is the care and water parameters to help them thrive? Should I treat them with anti-bacterial drugs? I know I should have known this before purcahsing them :redface: i currently have them in a ten gallon with caves and structure with some plants real and fake, white sand bottom and RO water.
