Its that time of year that I can start feeding my reptiles the good stuff.I use a net to catch small flies and such threw the pestiside free fields. So,my question is can I use cut earthworms, mayflies,&termites as a food source for my apistos?

I feed small earthworms sometimes, the apistos eat them with gusto if they can fit them in their mouth, I cut them sometimes with scissors.
