wild Apistogramma Eunotus??

...and the black dots of the fish seems to be a virus caused illness. (but not very bad or lethal, as far as I know), not typical blackmarks to identify the species.

i have noticed that some wild fishes have these black patches, how can i treat them ????

It doesn't matter on which species the black patches appear. It is not part of the fish's normal pattern, but probably a parasitic condition that doesn't seem to harm the fish.

blacker area's on fish can be related to neural disease (usually one localised black area for that local nerve damaged/diseased)
or in some internal protozoan disease you will get darker patches on the fish

in HK some people said that the black spot are the epiphyte from wild.
can:t remove it.....
my wild Inca also have some black spot @.@
