So I euthanized her and did the dissection. I found a bunch of yellow nodules, but I'm thinking those might have been eggs? I took pictures but they weren't fantastic.
I can't tell what organ that's from, but they do look like eggs - all pretty uniform. If this is an ovary, they are eggs. Look up some fish anatomy pics and learn to identify the liver, spleen, and kidney - that's where you want to look for Mycobacterium granulomas. The ones i've seen are varying colors and sizes, not all uniform like eggs.
yeah I think the first circle on the left is probably the ovary, the second circle is the heart.
