True red eyed albinos are actually quite rare. People who have had them in the past had breeding problems with them. Some claimed that their eyesight was so poor that they couldn't display to each other properly. Others claimed that males were mostly sterile. What ever the reason, albino cacatuoides were never commercially available.
I think you would have better luck finding the white/Gold A. caucatuoides.
They are a xanthanistic color variety and have black eyes. They retain all the red splotches on their fins and are actually quite attractive; much more so than true albinos and they really stand out over a dark substrate. They are among the more expensive A. caucatuoides color strains and a little more difficult to locate a source.
