What to do with eggs/fry for triple cacatuoides?

I just randomly found wigglers in my apistos cave yesterday and Im just wondering if there are any surefire ways of getting the highest rate of success? Im interested in some of the simpler ways because I dont have a baby egg tumbler and all that stuff. I just have the 10g theyre all in(yes other tanks) and some caves and a floating fry net thingy.

Start hatching BBS, and I normally do three water changes a week minimum. Do have a extra tank to use as a grow out tank? Good luck.
