What types of food would some of my fellow aquarists recommend for their Apisto's and other Dwarf Cichlids ? I'm currently feeding a mixed diet of New Life Spectrum and Hikari pellet foods. Along with occasional feedings of frozen blood worms and brine shrimp ? Has anybody tried Cyclops Eeze ? I've read some good reviews.

Also what foods would you recommend for color enhancing ?

Hi all,
Cyclops Eeze ?
I've tried the "Arctic Copepods" from TA Aquaculture in the UK, fed with micro-worms and fry will eat them. I agree with "themountain" I'd definitely feed some live food, Grindal worms are easy to culture and eagerly eaten, although they shouldn't provide too large a proportion of the diet.

Re-designing and starting a new fish room all over again. This time we'll have many more Apistsogramma species. We are expanding.

Hi,

just in case you happen to live in Germany (or Netherlands): I have a wildcaught female A. psammophila, you could have it for free. I have no use for it anymore.
