What are these plants????????

Ok all you plant wizards!!!! I found these plants in a pond near my house where I collect daphnia for my fish. They are new to the pond and the owner asked if I could get them id'ed. He plans on killin em and before he does something drastic I wated to see if I could help-he may kill the daphnia too see! Here they are:

the first leaf looks a lot like a swords, not sure about the others though

They are all the same plant

The alternating planar leaves suggest a Potamogeton species. Which one, I'm not sure--possibly P. lucens.

There is another species of P. that looks similar but the leaves are rounded, not pointy like yours, this is P. Crispus.
