Urgent! Ivanacara adoketa with long white poo

My 2+ years old Ivanacara adoketa stopped eating and always with a thin long white (transparent ) poo with it. It started 9 days ago and I've already finished 2 treatment of octozin but the situation hasn't changed .
It is obviously thinner than before but the tummy is a bit big.
Pls help!

sounds like a worm issue. possibly one of the camallanus species.. I have treated it with so so success.. This is a general read and help on the issue. good luck!

The white or clear poo is intestinal mucus. Could be due to worms, protozoa, bacterial, diet, ... lots of possible causes. Abdominal bloating may indicate that the kidneys are failing and so he's unable to osmoregulate (excrete the excess water). Is his breathing more rapid than normal? I hope he starts eating again - that's key to recovery.
