Uaupesi sexing please..

I recently got a pair of apisto Uaupesi..

After looking at them for a while, I wonder if I have a pair but may have 2 females..
Can anyone with Uaupesi experience tell me if I truly have a pair?

The bigger one is about 1.5" and the smaller one is about an inch.
These are pictures that I took.. Not the best quality but that was the best I could take after 30mins of trying

They are both very young so they tend to look like females. The first sign of a male is the dorsal fin development follow by the caudal fin. Unfortunately, you need to get better pictures of the fish.
