Try:

Kullander, S. O. 1998. A phylogeny and classification of the South American Cichlidae (Teleostei: Perciformes). in Malabarba, L.R., R.E. Reis, R.P. Vari, Z.M. Lucena & C.A.S. Lucena, eds. 1998. Phylogeny and classification of Neotropical Fishes. Edipucrs, Porto Alegre, p.461-498. Published in Brazil so it can be hard to find.

Molecular phylogeny:
Farias, I.P., Guillermo Orti, & Axel Meyer. 2000. Total evidence: molecules, morphology, & the phylogenetics of cichlid fishes. J. Experimental Zool. (Mol. & Dev. Evol.) 288:76-92. Can be found in most college libraries with good biochem studies.
