Yes, they are A. atahualpa.
However: The laws conserning Copyright imply: You have no right to publish other people's pictures, unless you have their specific permission to do so.
So, if these are not your own pictures, or you don't have permission to publish them, you'd better remove the pictures. You could post a link to the actual pictures....
