Sex of juveniles

I purchased and received these 2 juvenile Apistogramma Cacatuoides Double Red back on October 25th. They were sold to me as a male/female pair. I'm wondering if they both might be females.

not great photo but the bottom is likely male and top female.

I'm trying to get a better photo of the bottom fish. This might be a little better. Extremely unphotogenic.

Between and inch, inch and a half from head to end of tail.

At that size it's hard to say one way or the other. Time will tell.
