Second Spawn!

Hello All,
On my second spawn of 3-4 weeks, the first batch I can only see a couple survivors now and again, is it worth removing these next batch from the mother? And at what point?

For me, I find it easier to remove the male and let the female care for the fry till about six or so weeks than they go into a grow out tank.
