PVC piping and Perspex

Morning All,

For caves and dwellings, I use PVC piping and tubing hidden behind rocks and then cover it with soil or gravel.
Does anybody use Perspex, which is more flexible or does it omit toxins into the water ?
any help would be greatly appreciated

Now that is a good question. Why didn't I think of that .

I try really hard not to use plastics in my setups. Most plastics are incomplete reactions. The more flexible it stays the more it continues to evolve off plasticisers.
