Hello. Does anyone know what the optimal water parameters (ph tds) are for these fish? I would also appreciate any other information on them you may have. Thanks.
Pseudocrenilabrus nicholsi Pellegrin 1928 is described from Ankoro, Southeastern Congo, which is part of the Congo basin drainage. It is a remarkably colored, somewhat aggressive mouthbrooder that supposedly is not very picky when it comes to water parameters and diet.
Neutral to slightly alkaline water and a varied diet should do it. This fish is fairly social, so they can be kept in groups.
