Positive ID needed

Do any of the experts have any idea what this fish might be? It came out of Brazil/Manaus.

I am stumped

this is A. sp. "Vielfleck" ("Multi-Spot") from Rio Xingú.

I hope theres a market for these fish because they are spawning. Two pairs at the same time on far sides of the same 15 gallon tank.

Did you buy this fish without a name? The name of the species varies depending on how spotted the fish are (from most spotted to least): A. sp. Vielfleck, A. sp. aff. Peixoto (the most recent name), A. sp. Samauma - and probably even A. sp. Xingu. All appear to be the same species, only different populations.

Mike the fish was supposed to be Breitbinden, They were very small when they came in so I was unsure and took a chance. They turned into a pretty little group of fish so I am not really upset about it.
