The photos aren't really good enough for a positive ID but, being a commonly available species, I would bet that they are A. hongsloi. Yes, they look like a pair, but again the photos make it impossible to say for certain.

If your photo files are too large, then you need to crop the photos to show only the fish and reduce the size to 600 pixel width. You'll need post-processing software for that. If you don't have one, Picassa is a decent free package. BTW, a real camera - even an inexpensive point-and-shoot - will do better than a phone camera. Just saying.

cant seem to get the small one to eat, came home today and found a broken heater, cooked the tank to 95°F. I had to do an emergency water change (my tap water is horrible, pH somewhere around 8 untreated) so i am slowly trying to lower the pH to the proper level. I have tried frozen brine, bloodworms, and flakes with little or no success.
