Your fish is Apistogramma sp. "Steel Blue". It is believed to be a hybrid as no one knows of the fish existing in the wild and that the first A. sp. "Seel Blue" that appeared in the hobby came out of Asia.
A search for "Steel Blue" on this site wil pull up all sorts of usefull information as well as some photos you can use for comparison.
