FYI, Uwe described Sunpin as A. huascar. A new form very similar to A. huascar was found recently. It looks much like huascar but it has a dorsal fin like A. sp. Breitbinden.

In US, it is illegal to use others' pictures without the permission of the copyright holder. Typically a written consent is required. I think the website administrator should be careful, they have legal obligation as well.

That's why facebook.com requires all member to agree on a disclaimer that they have the right to redistribute the photos as stated in the Terms of Use.

I would hate to see this website gets shutdown because of one user's abuse.
