Malawi ciclids aren't my thing so this is just a guess: Pseudochromis crabo???

I don't think its a Malawi or indeed one of the more common Haplochromine fish as there are no obvious eggspots on the anal fins. Unless of course you can't see them in this pic. At first I did think a Victorian species (and ruled it out for the same reason as above!) but now maybe younger specimens of a Central American species?

More info and much better pictures will be needed for a better ID IMO.

It looks to me to be a type of Tilapia, maybe something similar to Zillii.

Thanks for comments. This fish is living in one lake in Turkey. But, I am not supposeing they became natural species. I think tilapia zilli too.

Yes, they are ZILLII or something awfully close... They definately have the 'tilapia spot' in the dorsal fin...
