OMG Wild Red Krib.

Well... Now that I got a pair together, after my original female arrived doa, I get a message from the friend who sent em to me telling me that the friend who she got them for me from just told her that the original pair was Wild Caught...

So in essence I have a wild caught male and an F2 female.... How cool is that!

Thing is I rarely see the fish cause they hide constantly. I dont remember any of the kribs I had before being this shy...Their coloration is excellent and since I would like to see them more I am going to plant their tank thicker and maybe add a couple dither fish....

Should I add dithers and what would be good to use that wont effect the outcome of their spawning?

Sounds good. Now I just gotta talk hubby into letting me get some. LMAO

I got the cultures today their doing good. The newest batch of betta fry got some micros this morning. They really liked those. LOL Its hard feeding that spawn bbs cause its such a small spawn, alot easier with the micros.
