Greetings from DC. I'm new to Apistos. (Larry Waybright introduced me to this forum)
I got 7 A. borelli "blue face" at the Potomac Valley Aquarium Society meeting mini-auction in September (it looks so far like 6 females, and 1 male, based on the black lateral line). They are doing fine in my 15 gallon tank. I would like to move them to my 75 gallon tank which will have some Pseudacanthicus cf. leopardus, and Congo and Diamond tetras (which are already in the tank). My concern is that the tetras may be too greedy eaters, and eat the flake food before sinks to the lower levels for the borelli. Does anyone have suggestions on feeding the borelli with the tetras in the tank? Any recommendations on fast sinking mini-pellets?
Apologies if there is an answer to this already on the thread. For some reason, when I use the search function, it comes up as "prohibited."
