new here n wanna start to breed

hey all
i am neew to apistogrammas but not to fish. i hav kept them for 5years and i hav bred for about 3. i would like to buy some appistogrammas to breed. they hav to be colourful...not too expensive as i am only 15years old(so $100 for a pair/trio is about my limit atm). i want somthing that is colourful, breeds well, looks after the fry, has a few fry(40ish), not too commonly found but so that i can find em and fun. i was thinking like a. panduro or double red agasizzis. wot do u all think?
i hear most species dont like bloodworms...is this right?

please suggest some species i could keep and breed and provide som info about them so i can get it rite.

hi there,
welcome to the forum. I guess tank bred A.agassizi or A.cacatuoides are a good start for anyone out there interested in Apistogramma species. They are cheap, easier to take care, colorful and good parents provided that you give them peaceful environment.

I guess all fish will like blood worms or any other type or live food.. Its the hygiene problems these foods create that prevents most hobbyist from feeding them to their fish.
