Hi
Any thoughts as to whether I should blacken out the back of this tank I set up? I had this pair in my 500 litre planted but they were getting harassed by a male Borelli. I can't believe the wife let me get another tank! I was going to give fry rearing a go, which is impossible in the larger tank due to issues feeding fry and predation from other tank mates.
This is a 65 litre tank that I borrowed filter material for from my larger tank. PH is about 6.8 with low GH (about 3 degrees). I added in a co2 system to get the pH down and added some oto's to keep on top of an algae issues. Only set it up last week and added him this morning.
Female has gone a lovely yellow and the male is getting very excited!
