I recently got a wild caught trio of borellii and have noticed that the male and female have some sort of muscle parasite does anybody know this?
It can be seen as brownish balls behind the head. He has 2 and she has 1 on the opposite side

The photos are not much help but based on your decription they are likely to be one of the "yellow grub" trematode flukes. They just sit there in the muscle waiting to be eaten by a bird before they can complete their life cycle. They cannot spread fish-to-fish; they must go from fish to bird to snail before the offspring can re-infect fish. If there's only a few and they're not damaging any important organ then the fish can live just fine with them. Also they do not move around inside the fish; just sit there encysted in one spot, usually in muscle. It's in their best interest to NOT kill the fish.

Any chance you can retake some clearer photos so we can get a better idea of what the parasite looks like?
