I agree with Jeff, a pertensis-complex species. It looks like it will turn out to be one of the A. cf. pertensis populations, but not sure which. With what species of tetra did it arrive? When I had a pet store, I loved going through all of the wild fish looking for contaminants. It's amazing what I'd find.

Green Neons (Paracheirodon simulans) I think are only found in the Rio Negro. I would check for more specimens in shipments of this species, when they come in. The apisto is probably A. cf. pertensis (Rio Negro), but it needs to grow a bit larger to be certain if it is a form of A. cf. pertensis.
