Nanochromis Taeniatus Questions?

Does anyone know where I can find compiled pictures of all the variations of Nanochromis Taeniatus? Is there any that are more sought after than the others? What are average prices i should expect to pay?Thanks in advance!

Pelvicachromis taeniatus

Dear Sam,

Many of the Pelvicachromis taeniatus color morphs are discussed in Linke & Staeck's book concerning West African cichlids. Nanochromis species are discussed as well. There has been much posted information regarding both genera here in the Forum, if you would care to do a search.

As for pricing on these fish, it varies greatly.

Yah sorry about that I meant Pelviachromis. Thats what I get for posting while tired ay. Whats the average price range(10, 20, 30?) I would like to know what some of the more sought after P. Taeniatus variants are? Thanks

Go take a look at the price list here. Neil has some nice taeniatus. My personal favorites are P. t. 'lobe', 'nyete', and 'moliwe'. Pelvicachromis has a lot of neat fish in other species as well. I have three taeniatus types, P. subocellatus, P. roloffi. P. sp. aff. pulcher, and P. humilis. I cannot seem to get past Pelvicachromis species.. too many of them!
