Mysterious disease

Oh, my fishes were so well. :frown:
Certain group of my Inka's females is attacked by unknown for me micro organism(or micro organisms). I thought that this is infection made by parasitic Flagellata(fishes are fast "breathing", thread-like faeces) but by using 4 times since now (4 mg on 1 litre of water)Metronidazole I haven't saw any good results.
And I saw some other symptoms- mucus(am I using good word? :eek: ) on the head of fish is in some places little white and in some places on head I saw little ulcerations(I'm using dictionary for those hard scientific words).
Can you help me and say what disease I have in my tank?
temperature- 27*C
pH 6.5
hardness- 0* -> 100% RO
water changes- 20% for each week
I'm feeding them with frozen food(many kinds- artemia, black worms, Cyclops, red plankton, I'm not using bloodworms). I'm using vitamins after each water change.

Females attacked by black "blotches" are attacked by this.
