My Crayfish molted

Hey everyone, almost 2 days ago, I bought a Crayfish from my LFS and I'm pretty sure last night he molted, as I found a shell. I know that juveniles molt often, but is this normal? I just bought him and he knew is new to this environment. Would really appreciate some answers.

Water changes can trigger molting, so it’s not surprising that adjusting to a new tank parameters would also trigger a molt. It’s pretty normal and not a reason for concern. Leave the shell for him to eat or resorb.
