Looks like a male A. macmasteri to me. Still it's hard to say from just one photo.

Looks like a male A. macmasteri to me

I'm really poor at this, but I'd be pretty sure it is a male as well.

The general consensus on the sexing is that this fish is male due to lack of black on the ventral fins
