Lock jaw in Rotkeil

Feeling pretty bummed but if anyone is curious to see how a rotkeil looks like suffering from a locked jaw, I've got pics!

Tried to manually reset the jaw. Thought I succeeded, but the jaws locked open again a few days later....

Hoping its not mycoplasma, after 1 week of inappetance, he decided to eat again. Eating quite a bit and quite consistently for the past 2 days. The mouth is still open, but no longer as pronounced. Any hope?
