They will eat pretty much anything - not picky eaters - i fed mine mostly fluval bug bite finely ground up and some frozen myst shrimp mixed with brine shrimp. they really weren't picky - pretty much all my dwarf cichild will eat whatever i happen to toss in the aquarium though i try to keep the size very small.

I rotate a mix of foods weekly, also culturing black worm, daphnia and grindal worms at home, variety is the spice of life after all!
