Can some explain something to me , is my female just doing that to get the male attention or she has some kind of a problem (swim bladder?)

This makes her a so-called "Bauchrutscher" (in German) which translates to stomach slider. This usually causes further problems like bruises on the belly which get infected...

Long story short: As such infections are most often the result of the breakdown of the immune system due to stress, meds will not help unless the holding conditions are improved at the same time.
