Is it a ramirezi?

Is it a Microgeophagous ramirezi?
I have this little doubt, because it doesn't have the common colors.
Any help would be welcome.

Yep, that's a blue ram. It's either a young fish or a wild color type.

Maybe a gold/blue cross? or as aquaticclarity said a young or wild colour.
