Please do not post images using the <img> tag. There are two important reasons that we do not allow images to be posted in this way.
One - Speed! We try to maintain the forum so that it functions at a reasonable pace for everyone, including dial-up users. A large image can slow down or halt the forum for dial-up users. ( Plus it would use some of Neils valuable disk space and bandwidth. )
Two - By posting a direct link to someone elses image you may be infringing on someones copyright, not to mention using their server's resources to display the image.
Please feel free to post a link to any page you feel is appropriate and allow the users of the forum to decide whether or not to view the image/page. Otherwise we will have to disable all html and bbcode tags.
Thanks
Gary
