IF the apistogramma humpbacked,can it breed success？

I got two pairs of papagei,and keeped them about 7 months,the male always shy and hiding in cave.The male had Mating with different females,but But every time the eggs are mildew.Last night I clean the tank and I found that the male had got humpbacked,Will it affect its fertility?

If it only recently developed, then it isn't a genetic problem. It should be fertile - if it was in the past.

It will not breed well or often if it is too old or unhealthy. Try it. If breeding is successful, then the fry should be ok, genetically.
