An apistogramma belonging to the regani-group. Other than that, there are not enough diagnostic features that show to make a better identification.

The DATZ book, South American Dwarf Cichlids, is the best for this. Your video would be helpful, but the fish is too small to get a good view.

The fish normally sold as A. juruensis is another similar fish A. sp. "Schwarzkinn/Black-chin" (correctly now A. allpahuayo). These are quite different in appearance.
