Apistrogramma Agassizi Double Red unsexed juveniles at a really good price. It only involves a little driving on my part. They would be for my 75g tank. It is a community tank. How many would be a good number to get? I have a couple of other tanks that some of the fish in the 75 can go to so overcrowding is not a problem. I was thinking 8-10 since they are juvies?

Be prepared to move males to individual tanks as they mature.
My "alpha" male harrassed two "brothers" to death.

It is hard to know what kind of ratio any given batch of young fish will have, so I would agree with you in getting at least 6, if not more to make sure. You can always clear the extras out when and if things get dicey. That will probably be awhile though and usually is less of a problem when they are grown together than it is when they are put together after they are larger.

Hi i would definitely agree with Neil. Take at least 6 or 10. I chose sp. Masken from juveniles and my sex ratio is 6 males to one female. Or maybe 5 to 2, but they were just to small to tell them apart.
