How long before Panduro eggs become fry?

My female panduro laid a batch of eggs in the back of one of my big sword plants. She has laid eggs before but they have always disappeared within a few days and she comes back out of hiding. This time, however, it has been close to two weeks and she continues to stay by the eggs and guard. I can see her if I stick my head way back and peek through the leaves. She looks skinny and seemes to be breathing heavily (I do not think she has consumed much or any food).

How long before eggs hatch to fry? Should I be worried about her? The other fish are acting normally.
