What do you want to bet that Oliver Lucanus is the culprit behind these fish. If so, they are probably pretty nice. There is an article in the Jan 2003 TFH that talks about high-finned nijsenni and high-finned panduro. they are different fish and I do believe that they are from the Tigre area.

You very close about the fishes coming from Oliver. A friend of his bred them and auction them off at the club.There F1

I also did pick up some Inca the same day,by it was a private sale,another friend of Oilver got me the Inca
