hi im gene from loveland colorado ive been away from apistos for 25 years ,ive been keeping africans for 20 yrs now. i just started up a 90 gallon planted tank with tetras and found some apistos up in boulder colo. i have a double red agassizi,nissenji,red neck viejta,and triple red cacuthoide.ive always loved apistos been my favorite but the water here wasnt the greatest for apistos or so i thought but i recently purchased an ro system so im excited to get back into my favorite fish. if theres anyone from colo. here i would love to hear from you im looking for some more apistos the selection here in northern colo is very limited thanks for having me here i know im going to enjoy your site.i plan on changing over one of my 125 gallon african tanks to a planted amazon biotope in january . look forward to all the opions i can get.thx geno
