Hey all,
I’m having issues with my D37’s breathing heavy and not eating nor swimming around just hiding all day. It’s been a few days since they’ve eaten they are in a 15 gallon tank with 1 large sponge filter and a small size sponge filter I just did a 40% water change today 4/24/19 and turned up the flow of the filters I also did an ammonia test before I did the water change and it was reading 0 ppm I haven’t did an nitrate test as I don’t have the test kit. I don’t have a ph meter or tds meter to check my parameters either but they are coming in two days so I’ll be able to check them parameters in a couple days. the tank has been up and running for about 9 months lots of driftwood and branches and oak leaves. My nannostomis unifasciatis are active, eating and acting as they should. If anyone could please give me some insight as to what is causing this and as to how to treat them so they don’t parish. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thank you all
